Since 1990

Built one step at a time

It started with a wheat mill and the farmers around it. Every line since has been added on top of that.

1990

The mill, and the farmers behind it

The story begins with the building of a wheat mill. It started the organised purchase of grain from local individual farmers - supporting agriculture in the region, and securing home-grown raw material for good flour.

1991

Storage built for the harvest

As volumes grew and the raw material had to hold its quality, new modernised warehousing was built for storing grain and flour.

1992

Animal feed, and a closed circle

The range widened with a new production capacity for animal feed, offering a closed circle of support for farming in the region.

1994

Our own packaging

The natron sack line began work, giving the company its own safe packaging for every mill and feed product.

2000

The step into baking

A large industrial bakery for bread was built - the start of the brand's new era in finished food products.

2002

A line for fresh pastry

Rising demand brought a separate production line dedicated entirely to fresh pastry.

2004

Into confectionery

The offer grew again with a line for sweets and confectionery.

2009

Transport, and HACCP

Two key investments: modern vehicles for the safe transport of food, and the formal implementation of the HACCP standard for quality and safety.

2020

The pastry plant rebuilt

The pastry plant was completely renewed, with new state-of-the-art equipment installed throughout.

2022

Our own power, and automated packing

Significant investment in sustainability, with our own photovoltaic plant for electricity. The same year brought a new confectionery line and equipment for the automatic packing of bread and pastry.

2026

New standards, and special breads

Development continues with the newest generation of confectionery equipment, and a specialised line for special and enriched breads.
